How cool is it to have the Nittany Lion at your reception
Kim Phelps and Andy Locke (and a LOT of their guests) are Penn Staters through and through. They’re also a lot of fun. They had kazoos, a great wedding party and even a snorkel mask for garter-fishing.
They were married at Faith United Methodist Church in Bellefonte and the reception was at Toftrees in State College.
